Mineority is a fun and young concept for the miners, their loved ones and the mine-owners. It's where the miners break out in the evening after a hard day's work and bring their loved one.\n\nBeing very influenced by the mining districts of India, most mines fall in Bihar, UP, Orissa, Goa, North East and parts of South India. As a cuisine we take inspiration of the tribal and local cuisines of these states, nothing commercial and traditional.
